Terms of Service

pvpbattle lets you play 1v1 paper-trading matches against another player or a bot. Positions are virtual and use third-party reference prices. Nothing is executed on an exchange. Price providers, networks, and the service can still become unavailable.

You must be at least 18 years old. Because staked play uses SOL, which has monetary value, you must also be legally eligible in your location and satisfy any identity or location controls we require. We may restrict availability by jurisdiction.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and wallet secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information, keep one account per person, and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud, collusion, or abuse.

• Practice matches are free, carry no stake, and do not affect a custodial balance or the ranked leaderboard.
• Deposits, withdrawals, and staked matches use SOL, which has monetary value. We disclose applicable fees, limits, eligibility, and custody rules for staked play.
• The server decides practice results using its price feed. A match may be blocked or voided when required prices are missing or stale.

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation on your own behalf, collude with opponents, manipulate the price feed, or interfere with the service. We may void matches, reverse balances, or close accounts involved in such activity.

Nothing on pvpbattle is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and nothing here is a solicitation to trade. Crypto prices are volatile, and staked matches put real SOL at risk. Never stake more than you can afford to lose.

We provide the service “as is” and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, including for maintenance or to comply with the law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, pvpbattle and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from price movements, feed outages, blockchain network issues, or your own gameplay decisions. Any limitation that applies to a future monetary-value service will be subject to applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We will revise the date at the top of this page when we make changes.
