Privacy Policy

pvpbattle is a 1v1 paper-trading battle with free practice and custodial staked play using SOL. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the pvpbattle team, and “you” means the person using the site or app.

• Account details. If you sign up with email, we store your email address and a hashed password. If you connect a wallet, we store your public wallet address. We never see or store your private keys or seed phrase.
• Profile. A username, optional bio, and an optional avatar image you upload.
• Gameplay and ledger. Matches you create and join, paper positions and results, and your custodial SOL ledger and transfer history.
• On-chain data. Deposits and withdrawals are recorded publicly on Solana.
• Technical data. Basic request logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to run and secure the service.

We use this information to run your account and matches, calculate results, keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and operate the custodial ledger. We do not sell your personal information.

Your username, avatar, and win/loss record are visible to other players and on public leaderboards. We share data with service providers who help us operate (for example hosting and the Solana network), and where required by law. We do not otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text, and we never hold your wallet keys. We keep account and ledger data for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it to meet legal and accounting obligations. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can edit your profile at any time from the profile page. To request access to, or deletion of, your account data, email us at team@pvpbattle.xyz. Note that on-chain transactions cannot be deleted from the blockchain.

pvpbattle is for adults only. It is not intended for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
